Returns and Exchanges

Whilst we endeavor to be as accurate as possible with our photography, if for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase, then we will gladly offer a full refund or exchange for a product of the same value.

All we ask is the shoes are returned in their original condition with their bag and label, and they are not worn or damaged in any way. Refunds will not include the original shipping costs and will take up to 7 days to reach your account from the date of receipt of the shoes at our office.

Returns are at your expense so please ensure you obtain proof of postage as we cannot be liable for returns ‘lost’ in the post.
